Sentencings

Fines are in addition to $44 court costs.

Richard Brinton, 48, Blue Springs, $200 fine for disturbing the peace and aiding and abetting the violation of a protection order on July 4.

William J. Crouse, 42, Wymore, $175 fine for second degree trespassing on Aug. 2.

Tyler L. Chisholm, 20, 720 Mary St., No. 3, seven days jail for minor in possession on Aug. 17.

Lee M. Waldo, 47, DeWitt, $125 fine for defective brake light, two counts not carrying current registration, failure to exhibit license and other vehicle defect on Oct. 8.

Jennifer Beaderman, 16, Adams, $40 fine for negligent driving on Oct. 23.

Jameson T. McKeenan, 20, Blue Springs, $50 fine for no hunter orange on chest or back on Nov. 15.

Speeding: Danielle Quackenbush, 37, DeWitt, $25. Merlyn Docter, 44, Firth, $75. Cheryl Robison, 46, 1022 N. Fifth St., $200.

Arraignments

Fred M. House Jr., 31, 1320 Market St., driving under suspension on Oct. 14.

Patricia M. Damme, 46, 319 S. 10th St., Apt. 3, driving under intoxication, Tramadol, on Nov. 3.

Joshua T. Shearer, 17, Lincoln, burglary, a Class III felony, on July 28.
