Mindy S. Hildebrandt, 18, Blue Springs, nine months probation, $400 fine and no operating a motor vehicle for 60 days for driving under the influence, first offense, on Nov. 29.

Stephanie L. Shelly, 36, Odell, $100 fine for disturbing the peace on Feb. 10. Charges of third-degree domestic assault were dropped.

Jack L. Leslie, 49, 214 N. Eighth St., $50 fine for violating a protection order on June 10.

James M. Bottcher, 30, 105 1/2 N. Fourth St., 30 days in jail with 30 days credit for served and $100 fine for disturbing the peace and possession of marijuana, one ounce or less, on June 17.

Reckless driving: Troy A. Furtado, Beatrice, $250.

Failure to yield: Brenda Alvarez, Beatrice, $25.

Traffic signal violation: Andrew D. Skiles, Beatrice, $75.

Improper backing: John M. Hirschler, Jansen, $25.

No operator’s license: Brenda Alvarez, Beatrice, $75.  

Stop sign violation: Sherri A. Ottersberg, Wymore, $75.

Bound over to District Court

Galen E. Volesky, 51, Friend, driving under the influence, third offense, on May 29. First district court appearance at 9 a.m. Aug. 20.

Dismissals
