Jason J. Kosmos, 22, 1510 High St, $50 fine for the offense of issuing a bad check of less then $100, a Class II Misdemeanor. The offense occurred on Jan. 15. Kosmos was also charged with open container and issued a $50 fine. This offense occurred on April 11.

Ronald Grill, 46, $50 fine for the offense of issuing a bad check of less then $100, a Class II Misdemeanor. The offense occurred Jan. 3, 2006.

Cameron L. Ballue, 19, 1466 E Hackberry Rd, $250 fine for minor in possession of alcohol, a Class III misdemeanor. The offense occurred Feb. 23.

Britney L. Baca, 21, 1207 Bell St, $100 fine for possession of marijuana, one ounce or less and $100 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia. The offense occurred April 19.

Corey E. Ballue, 19, 1800 E Scott St Apt 53, $250 fine for minor in possession of alcohol, a Class 3 Misdemeanor. The offense occurred April 12.

Ross M. Wallman, 22, 1001 Oak St., $250 fine for minor in possession of alcohol, a Class III misdemeanor. The offense occurred April 12.

Dustin R. Dreesen, 30, 215 N. 14th, $400 fine, seven-day jail time and six-month revocation of drivers license for driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The offense occurred Dec. 12, 2007. Dreesen was also charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drug. For this charge, he was sentenced to a $400 fine, 30-day jail time and six-month revocation of drivers license concurrent with the previous charge.

Jacob T. Waldron, 25, 510 Bell St, nine-month probation, 60-day revocation of drivers license and $400 fine for driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense. The offense occurred Feb. 17.

Delinda Bohanan, 37, Filley, nine-month probations, 60-day revocation of drivers license and $400 fine for driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense. The offense occurred March 2.

Drandon T. Harder, 24, Crab Orchard, $100 fine for criminal trespassing — first degree a Class I misdemeanor. The offense occurred Feb. 18.

Monica N. Feldhausen, 22, 701 N. 11th, $100 fine for no proof of insurance a Class II misdemeanor. The offense occurred April 20.

Danielle K. Osienger, 19, $250 fine for minor in possession of alcohol, a Class III misdemeanor. The offense occurred April 12.

Christina L. Mann, 20, 1006 N. 26th St. Apt 10, $250 fine for minor in possession of alcohol a Class III misdemeanor. The offense occurred April 12.
