Kids health, safety expo planned for May 24

“Kids Count!” is the theme for the Children’s Health and Safety Expo during Johnson County Heritage Days in Tecumseh.

The event is from 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, May 24, in downtown Tecumseh. It is sponsored by Johnson County Medical Center and Johnson County Heritage Days.

Activities Include: “Cooper Racing” race team (race against drugs), bike rodeo, Internet safety, Pinky the Poison Control Elephant, lung health, Smokey the Bear, OPPD Safety Trailer, McGruff the Crime/Drug Dog, Vince and Larry, the crash test dummies, diet and exercise information and Operation Lifesaver
