BCC to host Rally for The Cure event

The Beatrice County Club will host a Rally for the Cure golf event for women June 19.

A field of 88 players is expected for the event, which will be a ladies four-person Texas scramble.

Entry fee is $60 per player or $240 per team.

Each player entry includes a $20 donation to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, green fees, cart, lunch, team mulligans and prizes.

A closest-to-the-pin contest will also be held.

Local organizers for the event are Julie Runcie, Nancy Baker and Elsie Caspers.
