Dunker wins GPAC title

CRETE - Nebraska Wesleyan University senior Chris Dunker claimed individual medalist honors at the Great Plains Athletic Conference cross country meet Saturday in Crete.

Dunker completed the 8k course in 25:45.93.

For his efforts, Dunker also earned the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Mens Cross Country Runner-of-the-Year award.

Dunker also helped Wesleyan to a first-place finish in the mens team standings as the Prairie Wolves scored 29 points to runner-up Concordia University's 49.

Also scoring for Wesleyan was Firth Norris graduate Andrew Laflin, who finished 12th overall.

Wesleyan also won the womens conference title.

Next action for the Wesleyan runners will be at the NAIA Regional III Cross Country Championships Saturday in Sioux Falls, S.D.

yeah, i have a cleft palate to and i play football..i play DE,SS,WR,TE around their, my football hero right now is owen schmitt, he also has a cleft palate and is beastin it up at west virigina. he just got drafted by the seahwaks to if anyone is intrested.
