OMAHA - The River Cities Conference has announced its all-conference baseball team for 2007. Beatrice seniors Andrew Haake and Caleb Jackson received all-conference honors, while seniors Micah Busboom, Dane Fossler and Jay Hartman earned honorable hention.

OMAHA - The River Cities Conference all-conference girls and boys soccer teams for 2007 were announced recently.

Five girls from Beatrice received honors. Anna Walker, a senior, received first-team honors, as a defender. Receiving honorable mention honors were Rylee Bruhn, forward; Alexis Stake, defender; Erin Fullmer, defender; and Emily Walker, goalie.

Six Orangemen received honors. Donavon Winters, a senior, received first-team honors, as a defender. Receiving honorable mention were Logan Wrightsman, forward; Kyle Warneke, midfielder; Mac Henning, midfielder; Ben Murphy, defender; and Brandon Wollenburg, defender.
